A growing school, still coordinated by register and phone call
Like most growing schools in Tanzania, Popatlal's day-to-day — admissions, attendance, exam marks, fee receipts — depended on paper registers, spreadsheets, and phone calls between the office and parents. None of it talked to the other, and none of it gave the head teacher a same-day view of the whole school.
The brief wasn't "digitize the register." It was one login for the whole administration — academics, finance, HR, transport, dormitory and library — and a second, lighter set of keys where a parent can check their own child's attendance, marks and fee balance without calling the office.
One login, thirty-plus modules
The system is built on a school-ERP core, then configured, extended and hardened for Popatlal's own records — and, on top of it, a proprietary AI insights layer that isn't part of any off-the-shelf package.
