If you come to us with your own idea or specification for a custom system, full source code ownership can be included in your agreement. Our ERP systems (School ERP and Business ERP) are priced per year at TZS 2,000,000 to 7,000,000. Yes. We integrate mobile money, card payments, SMS gateways, WhatsApp notifications, SMTP email, IMAP inbox reading, webhooks and third-party APIs.

Yes. Existing records such as customers, students, stock or balances can be imported from Excel/CSV files or an older system during setup. Your written quotation states which data is imported and what is included.

Pricing and Payment (Bei)

A School ERP from Kikavu Tech Solutions costs TZS 2,000,000 to 7,000,000 per year. The price depends on the modules and integrations you choose (such as M-Pesa payments, SMS, NECTA results and the parent portal), not on the number of students. The more modules you include, the higher the price within that range.

A business ERP costs TZS 2,000,000 to 7,000,000 per year, depending on modules, users and integrations. Transport, logistics and other tailored systems are quoted from your requirements.

Business, school and tour websites cost TZS 400,000 to 5,000,000 per project, depending on the number of pages, booking or payment features, content and integrations.

ICT Support costs TZS 3,000,000 to 10,000,000 per year depending on the number of users, devices and locations, response times and the agreed scope. It covers troubleshooting, system maintenance, network and security management, hardware and software setup, and user training.

A GPS tracking device starts from TZS 110,000 depending on the device type, installation is TZS 50,000 per device (TZS 100,000 when a fuel sensor is installed together), and a fuel level sensor is TZS 270,000. The subscription is TZS 35,000 per month for vehicles within Tanzania and TZS 65,000 per month for vehicles travelling outside Tanzania, paid for a minimum of 6 months.

We accept bank transfer, M-Pesa and other mobile money, and cash. Payment can be made in stages (a deposit first, then the balance); the exact terms are agreed in your written quotation.

It depends on the project. Your written quotation itemises setup, training, SMS and hosting so you see exactly what is included and what is separate before you commit.

Every project includes a warranty of 3, 6 or 12 months depending on project size, covering bug fixes and performance issues at no charge. Business support is available Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 20:00, with critical infrastructure monitored 24/7.

GPS Tracking and Fleet Management

Yes. We build and integrate GPS tracking systems for live vehicle location, trips, geofences, driver behavior, mileage, fuel monitoring, reports and fleet automation.

Yes. We can connect multiple tracking providers through APIs, store vehicle data, generate reports and create automation rules for operations teams.

Websites, SEO and Google Business

It depends on the size of the project: the number of pages or modules, integrations, and how quickly content and data are ready. After reviewing your requirements we give you a timeline in the written quotation, before any work starts.

Our team is based in Dar es Salaam and can work with clients outside Tanzania, with meetings and support handled online. For GPS tracking, vehicles that travel outside Tanzania are on the TZS 65,000 per month subscription.
