This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for Services provided by Kikavu Tech Solutions.
Because most of our work involves custom, client-specific development effort from the moment it begins, deposits and fees already earned for work performed are generally non-refundable. Refund eligibility for any specific engagement is ultimately governed by the signed proposal or Agreement, which prevails over this general Policy where terms differ.
Hosting, cloud, GPS Fleet Tracking, School Management System, and support retainer subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellation requires at least 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your Agreement. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable once processed with the relevant registrar, in line with standard domain registry policy.
Physical GPS tracking devices may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, for a refund of the hardware cost less shipping/installation fees already incurred. Installed or damaged devices are not eligible for return.
Prepaid AI usage credits and add-on features are non-refundable once allocated to an account, except where required by law or where the feature was materially unavailable due to our fault.
Send a written request to info@kikavutechsolutions.com including your account/client name, service, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider, as unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of Services pending resolution.
We may update this Policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time of purchase governs that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
